Candle Care.

1. Trim the wick

Trim the wick to about 0.6cm before each use to prevent soot and ensure a clean, even burn.

2. First burn

Allow the candle to burn for at least 2-3 hours during the first use to create an even melt pool and prevent tunneling.

3. Avoid drafts

Keep candles away from drafts to ensure an even burn and prevent uneven melting.

4. Burn in a safe area

Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and keep them away from flammable materials.

5. Use candle accessories

Consider using a candle snuffer or wick trimmer for a cleaner and safer candle experience.

6. Keep the wax pool clean

Remove any debris or matches from the wax pool to maintain a clean and even burn.

7. Extinguish safely

Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the flame to avoid hot wax splatter.

8. Store properly

Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading and warping.

9. Be mindful of burn time

Avoid burning candles for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating and to maximize the life of the candle.

10. Discontinue use at 1.5cm

Stop burning the candle when there is about 1.5cm of wax remaining to prevent excessive heat on the container.

11. Keep away from children and pets

Always place candles in a location that is out of reach of children and pets.

Wax Melt Care.

1. Select a wax melter

Select a suitable wax melter or burner for your wax melts. Make sure it is clean and in good condition before use.

2. Place the wax

Unwrap your wax melt and place it in the well of the wax melter. If using a burner, place the melt in the top dish.

3. Turn it on

Switch on your electric wax melter or light the tealight candle underneath your burner.

4. Allow some time

As the wax melt warms up, it will release its fragrance. Allow some time for the scent to fill the room.

5. When you're done
  • Keep an eye on the wax melt as it melts. If using a burner, ensure that the flame is controlled and safe. Adjust the heat settings if necessary.
  • When you’re done enjoying the fragrance, turn off the wax melter and let the wax solidify. If using a burner, extinguish the candle carefully. Once the wax is solid, remove it from the melter.
  • Store the used wax melt for future use or replace it with a new one for a different scent experience.
6. Safety tips
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Place the wax melter on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Use only in well-ventilated areas.
  • Do not add water to the wax melt.
  • Do not move the wax melter while in use.
