My wooden wick won't stay lit - what can I do?

Always trim your wick to ¼ of an inch before each burn to promote an even burn and steady flame.

How to light a candle when the wax is low?

You need to use a long tip lighter to ensure proper lighting, and to avoid hurting or burning yourself.

Don’t continue to burn your candle when the remaining wax is less than 1.5cm.

Can your jars be recycled?

Yes! Just clean your jars with soap and water and they’ll be ready to be used as plant pots, small storage, vases, and more.

Why does my wax look weird after burning it?

We use 100% natural soy wax with no preservatives. The funky looking texture is completely normal to soy wax and does not affect the performance of your candle.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over €60 to Spain and over €100 to the rest of Europe.
